All Endings and Secret Ending Guide

Find out all the Endings including the Secret Ending in Cyberpunk 2077 with this guide! Learn about the endings and the requirements to unlock them.

Quest before the Ending
In Cyberpunk 2077, there 4 main Endings (The Devil, The Star, The Sun, and Temperance) and 2 extra Endings (Suicide Route and the Secret Ending).
Before you reach any Ending, the last quest will be Nocturne Op55N1. After talking to Vik, go to the rooftop and talk to Johnny. You will be prompted with different choices. You can then choose which ending you want depending on the choices. Make sure to choose what you really want.

Clear the Side Jobs
You must clear specific Side Jobs to unlock some of the endings. To choose the endings involving Johnny and Panam, you need to clear certain side jobs. It's a good idea to complete all side jobs before the endings.

The Devil: How to Unlock

The Devil Achievement
If you rescue Takemura in the Main Job, Search and Destroy, you will be able to unlock The Devil Achievement
The Star: How to Unlock

The Star Achievement
The Star Achievement is unlocked by calling Panam and completing the Queen of the Highway. Even better if you have chosen Panam as your romantic partner.

Just like in The Star ending, clear Panam's Side Jobs: Riders on the Storm, With a Little Help from My Friends, and Queen of the Highway. As your final choice, you need to enter Cyberspace by crossing the bridge.
From the Sun Ending

At the last Quest
For this quest, don't choose any of the options given to you. Instead, you need to stay idle for about 5 minutes and wait for Johnny to react.
The mission may end up with two different paths. You need to watch out and be careful in this mission. If you die, the credits will roll. This means you will not respawn. If you manage to survive and reach the Mikoshi Access Point, you can choose either the Sun achievement or Temperance achievement.
