To start things off, let us look at the best builds you can do in the early stages of Vampire Survivors. These builds are easy to follow and help you get around learning the game.

Soul Eater, Unholy Vespers, Phierragi

This build takes time for the big damage to come, but it's worth it in the end. Just make sure to level those birds (Peachone and Ebony Wings) and you will definitely survive.

This build features items you'll have in the early game. Some should be available right from the start but you'll be able to complete every item on this build by playing a few runs. Clock Lancet is an amazing survivability tool, especially in the early game.

Money-Making Build

To get stronger in Vampire Survivors, you'll need to spend a lot of gold in the shop. This build will help you farm money so you can complete all the items you need for your stronger builds.

Pentagram Build

This build covers both close and long range but can be overwhelming in the early game. It requires upgrades and a bit of setting up, but it's all worth it since it also generates and farms gems for you.

This build is excellent for long range engagements due to its high and versatile magic damage. It's a bit more difficult to pull off in the mid game if you don't have all the needed items yet. It also gives you lifesteal once you have everything you need for the final build.

With the ability to knockback approaching enemies, this build provides a lot of survivability. It also lets you heal when you touch enemies, making it even harder for enemies to overwhelm you.

Fast Projectile Build

This build deals a lot of damage from long range but it requires you to attack nonstop. Using it right requires practice but finishing off enemies with continuous attacks is extremely satisfying when done right.

Assassin Build

This build is one of the hardest to complete but doing so will make you a very mobile assassin the enemies should fear. Its damage is versatile and it allows you to move freely around enemies, making combat more dynamic and exciting.
