You will need to go to nine locations called “Data Collectors” that Alexander will need activated. You can find it on the map as a purple dot. It can be activated by scanning the main unit with SID and then scanning the three antennas. Take note that the antenna is close to the data collector device. For accuracy, hold up the SID and look around until the reticle displayed in the center becomes a square.-
A wind turbine is the landmark
There is a wind turbine near the first data collector device. When you get there, look for the wind turbines and you'll quickly find data collection equipment.

2Talk to Alexander in the Resistance
Once you have collected the data from the nine locations, go to the Resistance Headquarters. Talk to Alexander to clear the stage and get modification parts and skill points.
