How to Get Spare Parts

Opening Spare Parts Crates

Spare Parts Box

Resistance Field Labs

Spare Parts can be found in Resistance Field Labs. If the lab has been abandoned, it can be repaired using the SID and put into operation. It is recommended as it is often safe to collect them.

RDA Facilities

Spare Parts can also be found in RDA facilities. However, there are often enemies in RDA facilities. It is a high-risk endeavor, but the rewards are great. Make sure you prepare equipment and skills before engaging enemies.

Defeating AMPs after Getting Scavenging Expert

Scavenging Expert

Spare Parts can be obtained by defeating AMP units after acquiring the Maker skill, Scavenging Expert. It is a low probability method, but it is an alternative way to obtain Spare Parts other than the Spare Parts Crate. If you have extra skill points, it is worth getting.

Calming Animals and Removing RDA Weapons

There are animals in the field with RDA parts stuck in their bodies. Approach them calmly and the parts will come off, allowing you to get Spare Parts.

Uses of Spare Parts

Equipment Exchange at Resistance Headquarters

 Rajinder

Spare parts can also be used for equipment exchange at Resistance Headquarters. Rajinder at the Resistance Headquarters can exchange armor, and Hewlett can exchange weapons. It is recommended to aim for them as they can provide convenient equipment such as expanding the SID's hacking range or powerful equipment being added in the later stages, although it is easier to become stronger by crafting.

Crafting Special Ammunition

Special Ammunition

Spare parts are mainly used for crafting special ammunition. This type of ammo has a higher power or special effects compared to regular ammunition, making hunting and combat easier. Since spare parts are scarce and also used for equipment exchange, it is advisable to use them when you encounter a particularly difficult situation after arranging your equipment and skills.
