How to Get an Ikran
Get through Main Story "Take Flight"
Ikran can be found by progressing through the main story until "Take Flight". It is recommended to progress to "Take Flight" first to get Ikran early on and significantly increase your movement speed, making it easier to complete side quests and exploration.

The Name is Irreversible
Once you have progressed to "Take Flight", you can choose a name for your Ikran. However, once the name is chosen, it cannot be changed, so be careful. The name of your Ikran can be selected from the available choices.
How to Fly an Ikran
Call and Mount with D-pad up and □ Button
To fly an Ikran, you first need to call and mount it. After obtaining an Ikran, use D-pad up to call it and press the □ button to mount. The position of the called Ikran will be displayed at the top of the screen.
Basic Controls with the Sticks

Ikran is primarily controlled with the sticks. Just remember to periodically press the X button to accelerate. To dismount, press the ◯ button.
Energy Recovery with Ikran's Food
An Ikran's energy decreases when you use the X button for speed bursts or when you make a screeching sound. To recover the lost energy, press the L1 button to feed the Ikran with its food.
Strengthening an Ikran
Enhance with Rider Skills and Ancestor Skills
Ikran can be enhanced by learning Rider Skills that consume skill points and by learning certain Ancestor Skills. Enhancing an Ikran improves energy efficiency and increases attack methods, so make sure to strengthen it.
