Ways of Recovering HP
Recover HP by Eating
One way to recover HP is by eating. When you eat, your hunger gauge increases, resulting in automatic HP recovery.
Sleep in a Bed
Sleeping in a bed gradually recovers your HP over time. It is faster than automatic recovery through eating, so when your HP is significantly low, it is recommended to sleep in a bed.
Recover with a Pal that has HP Recovery Skills

Some Pals like Teafant and Lovander have HP recovery effects. Teafant can be captured early in the game, so it is recommended to catch it as soon as you can and level it up.
Ways to Prevent HP Decrease
Equip High Defense Gear
Equipping gear with high Defense is an effective way to prevent HP decrease. As your player level increases, you can craft stronger gear, enhancing your survival rate as you progress.
Eat Meals with Defense Boost
Consuming meals that provide temporary Defense boosts is another effective way to prevent HP decrease. Starting from Level 17, you can cook such meals using the Cooking Pot. It's advisable to prepare these meals when facing challenging boss battles.
Equip a Shield
Equipping a shield, which is a type of gear, effectively increases your HP. It automatically repairs itself after a period of not being attacked, allowing you to use it repeatedly.
