Feeding your character and Pals is essential for restoring satiety. You can replenish their satiety by selecting food from your inventory. Keep an eye on the orange gauge below the HP bar, as consuming it will also restore Stamina.

Cook Food you eat

Recommended to Feed Cooked Food

It's better to feed your Pals cooked food instead of raw food. Stocking up on cooked meals for emergencies is advisable. You can even assign your Pals to cook for you to save time.

Craft a Feed Bag

Craft a Feed Bag

You can craft a Feed Bag to automatically feed the Pals. A feed bag unlocks food slots in your inventory. Players and pals automatically consume food when hungry. It comes in different sizes: Average, Large, Huge, and Giant.

Drawbacks of an Empty Hunger Gauge

HP Decreases

When the Hunger Gauge reaches 0, the HP will gradually decrease. Make sure to feed your Pals regularly to prevent them from starving. You can directly feed your Pals through your inventory, let them eat from your Feed Bag, or have them eat in your base through your Feed Box.

Change in Pal's Expression

Normal Hungry
Normal Hungry

Pals will express sadness if they become hungry. Use this as an indicator and check their HP and Hunger Gauge when you notice this.

Lower Work Efficiency

Decreased Efficiency in Activities

Pals will have lower work efficiency if they are starving, so quickly give them food when you notice that they have a Hungry status. It will benefit you if the Pals in your base work efficiently to produce resources for you.

Benefits of Restoring Satiety

Recover HP

Automatic HP Recovery

You will also recover HP once you restore Satiety. When your Hunger Gauge is low, remember to eat food. This way, your character and Pals can regain health even if they're injured in battles.
