Use the Medicine Workbench to Craft Medicine

High Grade Medical Supplies

Treat any Pal's sickness or injury by giving it medicine, which can be produced at the Medicine Workbench. Approach a sick or injured Pal, then open the wheel menu and select the Feed option. These medicines are helpful in curing various ailments so it is recommended to build a Medicine Workbench as soon as you unlock it at Level 12.

How to Prevent

Build a Bed and Hot Springs

Hot Springs

Restore your Pals’ Sanity by providing beds and hot springs for them. Since crafting medicines can be costly, consider building these amenities to prevent them from getting sick instead.

Store Food and Ingredients in a Feed Box

Feeding Box

Depleted Satiety can also lead to illnesses and injuries, so build a Feed Box and store food and ingredients in it. Cooking restores more Satiety than raw ingredients, so it is advisable to use a Cooking Pot to prepare your meals.

Create Dishes to Prevent a Decrease in Sanity

Dishes

The Cooking Pot can be unlocked at Level 17. As soon as you have one, prepare meals to maintain your Pals' Sanity. Place it on the top left of the Feed Box to prevent any decrease in both Satiety and Sanity.

Conditions for Developing Sicknesses and Injuries

Low Satiety and Sanity

Observation Tower

Ailments and injuries are more likely to occur when both Sanity and Satiety are low. If you use the Monitoring Stand to make your Pals work really hard, their gauges will decrease more rapidly. Make sure your Pals are always well-fed and rested.
