Prepare a Strong Long-Range Weapon
Prepare a strong long-range weapon and plenty of arrows when facing Zoe & Grizzbolt. It is recommended to challenge them using the Crossbow, which is unlocked at Level 13.
Recommended Level for the Challenge is Level 20
Before attempting to battle Zoe & Grizzbolt, make sure to level up to at least Level 20. Prepare your weapons and familiarize yourself with the protagonist's stats and Pal to avoid getting defeated.

Use your Pals as a decoy and attack Zoe & Grizzbolt from a distance. If your character is constantly targeted, you won't be able to withstand the attacks. Include a Pal with high defense and level in your party, and use them in the front lines as you attack the boss.
Evade Enemy Attacks Using the Pillars in the Field
Make use of the pillars around the area if you are being targeted, as they can block almost all of Zoe & Grizzbolt's attacks. Take cover and hide behind the pillars to make it easier to defeat them.

The Rayne Syndicate Tower is indicated on the map during the tutorial. It is recommended to challenge it once you have reached a level of around 20 and prepared your party.
