How to Find Poacher Camps
Look Out for Rising Smoke
Poacher Camps emit smoke, making them easily seen from afar. They are particularly visible from elevated viewpoints or aerial vantage points. However, even from ground level, their presence can be detected by simply looking upwards, as the smoke tends to reach the skies.
Mark Their Locations
It's advisable to mark the location of any Poacher Camp you discover. Since poachers respawn over time and you may encounter another Pal to capture, it's practical to have the ability to revisit the camp later on.

Rewards for Finding Poacher Camps
Rescue Captured Pals
In Poacher Camps, they keep random Pals in cages. If you set them free, they'll be more than happy to join your team. So, when you find a Poacher Camp, it's smart to set the Pals free and make them your friends.
Interact with the Cage to Set Them Free
To free a Pal from their cage, approach the cage and long press the assigned button. Since opening the cage requires a long press, defeat the poachers first to avoid being attacked while saving the Pal.
Defeat the Poachers to Get Experience Points and Items
Defeating poachers grants you experience points and items. You can replenish consumable items such as spears and bullets. So aside from taking the captured Pal, make sure to loot the items dropped by the poachers.
