How to Cure a Cold
Use Low Grade Medical Supplies
Colds can be treated by giving Low Grade Medical Supplies to the sick Pal. Similarly, some ailments can be healed with this, so use the appropriate type of medicine when trying to cure them.
Higher Level Medicine Can Also Be Used
All symptoms treatable with Low Grade Medical Supplies can also be cured with higher level medicine. If you find it troublesome to make multiple types, you can simply prepare High Grade Medical Supplies, as they are effective for any illness or injury.

Use the Medicine Workbench to Create Medicine
Medicine for a Pal's Cold can be produced at the Medicine Workbench, so it's recommended to build it as soon as it's unlocked at Level 12. Since you cannot gather the needed materials at the base, hunt Pals or purchase them from Merchants.

How to Use Medicine
You can either carry the sick or injured Pal in your inventory and use the medicine from there, or approach the Pal, open the wheel menu, and select the Feed option. However, clicking this option may result in accidentally giving it to another Pal, so it is recommended to carry it in your inventory to minimize mistakes.

Decreased Work Speed
The Pal's work speed decreases by 10% when suffering from a Cold. It's important to seek treatment as soon as possible to prevent lower work efficiency at the base.

Build Beds and Hot Springs
Having Beds and Hot Springs can prevent status ailments and increase a Pal's Sanity. Since producing medicines can be costly, consider building these amenities to prevent them from getting sick.

Store Food in a Feed Box
Decreased Satiety can also lead to illnesses and injuries, so build a Feed Box and store food and ingredients in it. Cooking provides more Satiety recovery than raw ingredients, so it is advisable to use a Cooking Pot to prepare meals.

Create Dishes to Prevent a Decrease in SAN Stat
Create dishes with a Cooking Pot, which can be unlocked at Level 17. You can prevent a decrease in your Pals' sanity for a period of time when they consume dishes. Place it on the top left of the Feed Box to prevent any decrease in both Satiety and SAN stat.
