Best Way: Catching Pals
The most efficient way to gain experience is by catching Pals. When you catch a Pal, you earn experience points, and the amount of experience points you can earn increases with bonuses. You can catch 10 Pals until the Exp Bonus runs out.
Experience Point Bonuses Apply Across Species
The experience point bonuses based on the number of Pals captured apply across different species. If you have accumulated enough experience point bonuses, you can earn a large amount of experience points even by catching low-level Pals.
Boss Battles
Defeating bosses is also an effective way to level up. By defeating field bosses, you can earn a lot of experience points as well as obtain Ancient Technology Points and Ancient Civilization Components. Ancient Civilization Components are necessary for creating Egg Incubators and Pal Essence Condensers.

Tower Bosses Have No Dropped Loot
The bosses that combine characters and Pals in towers do not have any dropped loot. Although they have less appeal compared to field bosses, they're recommended for players just looking to level up through battles.

You can earn a small amount of experience points by crafting at the base. However, the amount obtained is minimal. So, it isn't recommended to repeatedly craft to level up.

By leveling up, you can enhance your own stats. By improving your stats such as weight capacity and stamina, your gameplay experience will become more comfortable.

As the Player's level increases, the level cap for their Pal also increases, leading to enhanced skills.
If Pal's level is higher than your own, a level sync occurs and the level cap is forcibly lowered. Therefore, it is not possible to solely enhance the Pal and challenge bosses.

Experience point multiplier can be changed in the World Settings
You can manipulate the experience point efficiency by changing the World Settings. The experience point efficiency can be increased up to 20 times, but depending on the multiplier, the game balance may be significantly disrupted, so consider carefully before setting it.

The World Settings can be reconfigured by returning to the title screen and selecting "Change World Settings". Therefore, you can change the settings according to your progress.
