Palworld: Base Level - How to Increase

Wooden Chest	Unlock Lv:2 Wood×15 Stone×5

Collect wood and stone, then press the B key to bring up the building UI and create Palbox and Wooden Chest. The location where Palbox is created will determine the base area, and you will be able to place work pals within the base. By placing a pal in the base and creating a Wooden Chest, you can level up to Base Level 2.

• If moving is troublesome, create a base near Ore deposits

  If you find it troublesome to move your base later on, it is recommended to set up your base in a location where there is plenty of Ore. Ore is one of the most important materials that you will need in large quantities from the early to late game. By making your initial base an Ore base, you can save yourself the trouble of moving your base.

• Base level up is done with Palbox

  To level up your base, get close to Palbox and press the V key. In order to level up, you need to complete all the base level missions, so it's a good idea to check your progress and proceed accordingly.

By making a Primitive Workbench and a Shoddy Bed, you can upgrade to Base Level 3. Fiber can be obtained at a low probability when gathering wood, and it can also be mass-produced with a crusher that can be made at Technology Level 8. Wool can be obtained by defeating Lamball and Cremis, which are abundant near the starting point.

By making 1 Feed Box and 3 Straw Pal Beds, you can upgrade to Base Level 4. Without food and beds, Pal's satiety and SAN value will decrease, and Pal will become sick. In the next mission, create a farm for food automation and install beds according to the number of Pals in your base.

• Berry Seeds can be obtained through gathering.

  

  Berry Seeds can be obtained by gathering the bush with red berries that grow near the starting point. Berries can be found anywhere in warm areas, so it's a good idea to collect them whenever you see them.

Build structures related to Pal and upgrade to Base Level 6. The Pal Gear Workbench can be used to craft items such as saddles and collars that are necessary for activating partner skills. The Statue of Power allows for enhancing Pal using Pal Souls.

Defeat or capture Fuack, Pengullet, Foxparks, and Rooby to collect the required materials like Pal Fluids and Flame Organs. Additionally, you can also purchase the materials from the merchant.

By crafting High Quality Workbench and Medieval Medicine Workbench, you can raise your Base Level to 9. The required Ingot can be obtained by mining Ore and putting it into the Primitive Furnace. Once you have the Ingot, craft nails at the workbench and gather the necessary materials for construction.

• Ore can be mined from pale-colored rocks.

  

  To obtain Ore, attack the pale-colored rocks with a pickaxe. If you have a mining Pal at Level 2 or higher in your base, assign them to mine Ore. If not, explore and find Ore.

• Gobfin Turf Location

  

  Gobfin Turf is a coastal area located north of the Plateau of Beginnings. Since Gobfins appear in large numbers, defeat or capture them to collect Pal Fluids. Note that Cement is also required to raise the Base Level to 16, so it is advisable to collect at least 50 of them.

Craft a Large Pal Bed and raise the base level to 17. The required material, High Quality Cloth, can be obtained by letting Sibelyx graze which ensures a stable supply. It is recommended to either go to the spawn location and capture them or obtain them through breeding.

Create a Refined Metal Chest and raise the base level to 18. Refined Metal Chest is recommended for base organization as it has a capacity of 40, allowing for the most storage.

  Refined Ingot requires coal as a material. It's a good idea to set up a base and mine them as they appear frequently to the south of the Tower of the Free Pal Alliance.

By building the Production Assembly Line II, you can raise your Base Level to 19. The required material, Circuit Board, requires Pure Quartz and Polymer. Pure Quartz can be mined in the snowy mountains to the Northwest of the map, while Polymer can be created by collecting High Quality Pal Oil.

Build an Electric Furnace and level up to Base Level 20. Carbon Fiber, which is a necessary material, can be obtained by processing coal or charcoal at the Production Assembly Line. You can collect coal at the South of the Tower of the Free Pal Alliance, and it is recommended to obtain charcoal by processing wood at the furnace.
