| 1 | Head towards the Adachi Estate. |

| 8 | Continue following Masako. |
| 9 | Talk to Sogen, who is cleaning at the Golden Temple. |
| 10 | Talk to Masako and follow her. |
| 11 | Follow discreetly without being noticed by Sogen. |
| 12 | Defeat all the bandits once you reach the inn. |
| 13 | Approach Sogen by climbing the ladder to trigger an event. |

Explore the Adachi Estate
Once you arrive at the mansion, search for clues inside the building. Approach the spear and the window in the separate building and examine them by pressing the R2 button. After that, defeat all the enemies that come out from behind the sliding doors in the main house, and examine the corpses to proceed.
Following Sogen
After talking to Sogen at the Golden Temple, return to Masako's place and Sogen will run away to the inn. Follow him without being noticed. If Sogen sees Jin, the gauge will fill up, and if the gauge becomes full, the quest will fail. Therefore, when Sogen turns around, hide in the bushes or behind objects to avoid being detected.
Defeating the Bandits at the Inn
After following Sogen to the inn, a battle with bandits will begin. It starts with a one-on-one fight, and then a large number of enemies will appear, so make sure to defeat them one by one. If you have a bow or throwing knives, it's also good to reduce the number of enemies from a distance.
