The mythic tale "Legend of Tadayori" can be received south of Rustling Bend in Izuhara. Rustling Bend is located east of Kishi Plains and Kishi Village. From there, look for the wandering musician (Biwa performer).

Walkthrough for the Legend of Tadayori
Obtaining the Map to Tadayori's Rest with the Violet's Crown
After accepting the quest from the musician, head to Violet's Crown and obtain the map to Tadayori's Rest. The Violet's Crown is located to the east of Archer's Rise and northeast of the Sakimori Overlook, with violet flowers blooming in the area as a landmark.
Defeating Kaede at Tadayori's Rest
Once you have obtained the map to Tadayori's Rest at the Purple Crown, proceed to Tadayori's Rest and defeat Kaede. Tadayori's Rest is located north of the Violet's Crown, south of Houren's Pasture. Use can use the violet flowers as a guide to reach Tadayori's Rest.
Upon arriving at Tadayori's Rest, investigate the cemetery to trigger a battle with Kaede. Kaede can only be attacked with the Stone Stance, so switch to that stance to deflect her unblockable attacks and deal damage.

Heading to Azamo Bay to Rescue the Musician from the Mongols
After progressing through the event with Kaede at Tadayori's Rest, head to Azamo Bay and rescue the musician from the Mongol soldiers. If the Mongol soldiers spot you, they will attack the captured musician, so defeat all the Mongol soldiers before they can harm him.
Progressing the Event and Defeating the Mongol Soldiers
Defeat the Mongol soldiers and continue the event, which will automatically equip you with Tadayori's Armor. This armor increases the speed of drawing and nocking arrows, so it is recommended to switch between sword attacks and bow and arrow attacks to effectively battle the Mongol soldiers.

Tadayori's Armor
Tadayori's Armor is an armor specialized in bow and arrow attacks. It increases the speed of drawing and nocking arrows, and also extends the duration of the "Concentration" skill in the Way of the Bow, making it recommended to equip when using bow and arrow attacks during the Mongol stronghold assault, for example.
