Location of Taka's Grave (Friend's Grave)
Located east of Yarikawa Town
Taka's Grave is located on the east side of Yarikawa Town in Toyotama. It appears after clearing the main story mission "Reckoning in Blood."

How to Obtain the “Dirge of the Fallen Forge” Trophy
Play the "Lament of the Storm" in front of Taka's Grave
The trophy "Dirge of the Fallen Forge" can be obtained by playing the Shakuhachi flute and performing the "Lament of the Storm" next to Taka's Grave. You can change the flute song from the accessories on the gear menu. If the "Lament of the Storm" is not yet unlocked, gather the scattered crickets in various locations.
