The Crooked Kama Headbandnd is located on the roof of the five-story pagoda at Jogaku Temple in Kamiagata. Use the grapple hook from the corners of the roof to climb up and collect the headband at the top. Additionally, you can access Jogaku Temple through the main story mission "Honor and Ash."

Climbing up by Hooking the Grapple Hook on the Corners of the Roof
There is a part on the corners of the roof of the five-story pagoda where a white cloth is hanging down. Jump near that spot and press R2 to hook the grappling hook and climb up.

How to Obtain the Thief's Wrap
The Thief's Wrap can be obtained at the Gift Altar. As you progress through the main story, gifts will be placed at various locations in the town, so be sure to check them. You can also check the locations of gifts on the map.
How to Obtain Gosaku's Armor
You can obtain Gosaku's Armor by clearing the mythic tale "The Unbreakable Gosaku." To accept the tale, visit the wandering musician located south of Akashima Village, so prioritize obtaining it once you can go to Toyotama. You also need to dye the armor with Blue Ocean's Guardian dye from the Toyotama Merchants.
