The Samurai Clan Armor can be obtained as a reward in the "The Tale Of Lady Masako" quest. This quest can be accepted in the early stages of the story, in the Komatsu Forge map. If you are currently equipped with the Broken Armor, it is recommended to switch to the Samurai Clan Armor.
