Types of Endings
Two types of endings exist
In this game, there are two types of endings: "Survival of Shimura Ending" and "Death of Shimura Ending". The type of ending determines the final cutscene and rewards, but it does not affect trophy acquisition.
Branching occurs with the final choice
The ending of this game depends on the choice made after defeating the final boss, Shimura, in the "Tale of Lord Shimura." Carefully choose whether to "kill" or "spare" Shimura, as it will affect the cutscene and rewards.
Differences based on the Choice
Changes in the story's conclusion
The choice between "kill" or "spare" will affect the subsequent cutscenes and conversations with Yuna after clearing the game. However, there are no significant changes in the post-clear content.
Different Dyes Obtained for the Ghost Armor
If you choose "kill" | If you choose "spare" |
---|---|
Righteous Punishment |
Vow Of Vengeance |
Depending on the final choice, the types of dye for the "Ghost Headband," "Ghost Mask," and "Ghost Armor" that can be obtained upon clearing the story will change. There is currently no way to obtain the dye for the unchosen option, so choose your options carefully.
