Location of Winding Mountain Shrine
South of Cloud Pass
Winding Mountain Shrine is located south of Cloud Pass. Alternatively, it can be found southeast of the Komatsu Forge. Look for it in these areas. To visit the shrine, you will need the Grapple Hook. If you don't have it, progress first through Jin's Journey to obtain it.

At the Winding Mountain Shrine, you can obtain the Charm of Izanagi. Equipping this charm will give you a 40% chance to not consume arrows when landing a headshot. If you frequently use the bow, obtain and equip this charm.
