How to Get Pipe Bombs
Automatically Obtained at the Start of On Foot
Pipe bombs can be automatically obtained at the start of On Foot during Seattle Day 1. When starting the chapter, you will find alcohol, a canister, and explosive materials on the ground. Combining these creates a pipe bomb.

How to Use Pipe Bombs
Throw them into Multiple Enemies
Since pipe bombs deal area-of-effect damage, it is recommended to throw them at groups of enemies. Lure the enemies with empty bottles or bricks and then use the pipe bomb to efficiently take them down. Keep in mind that it takes about 3 seconds for it to explode after being thrown, so make sure the enemies don't move until then.
