Received Automatically in The Stadium
The Military Pistol is automatically given to Abby in The Stadium, during Seattle Day 1. Follow Manny and Mel to receive the Military Pistol and Semi-Auto Rifle in front of the shooting range.

How to Use the Military Pistol
Stealth Kills with the Silencer
The Military Pistol, like the Semi-Auto Pistol, can be equipped with a silencer, making it suitable for stealth. Since the Military Pistol has low damage, always aim for headshots when going for stealth kills.
Use against Weaker Enemies
Due to its low damage, use the Military Pistol against enemies that don't have a lot of health such as Runners and humans. Even against Runners and humans, it may take several body shots using the Military Pistol, so try to aim for headshots whenever possible.
Recommended Upgrades
Stability Upgrade
Since the Military Pistol doesn't have a lot of firepower, it is necessary to always aim for headshots. Upgrading stability reduces hand tremors, making it easier to aim for the head.
