Formidable Clickers Appear
Clickers, a type of infected, will appear during the patrol. They are sensitive to sound and have high-damage attacks, so approach them cautiously and use Stealth. You may also take them down quickly with a Molotov Cocktail.

Don't Miss Any of the 12 Collectibles
You can find twelve collectibles in this section: six artifacts, two trading cards, and two journal entries, along with a safe and workbench. Explore thoroughly to not miss anything during your patrol.

Unlocking the Safe Guide
| 1 | Chat with Dina while picking up supplies. ┗ Examine the scenery by the railing and get a Journal Entry. |
| 2 | Ride on the horse and dismount at the abandoned town along the way. |
| 3 | First, head to the house on your left and get the A Note to Santa Artifact. Then, proceed to the house on the opposite side and find the Tesseracter Trading Card. |
| 4 | Ride the horse again and continue until you see the moose carcass on the road. Follow the blood trail and enter the supermarket through the window. |
| 5 | Take out the Runners inside using stealth skills. |
| 6 | Move the shelf to trigger the critical attack tutorial. Defeat the enemies according to the instructions. |
| 7 | Go outside through the bloodstained window and eliminate the Runners along the way. |
| 8 | Climb onto the truck with Dina. |
| 9 | Crawl under the second truck by holding the O button. |
| 10 | Rapidly press the □ button to repel the infected attacking from the top of the truck. |
| 11 | Get the Supermarket Apology Artifact in the room to the left. |
| 12 | Jump from the front of the truck to the cargo area and continue forward. |
| 13 | Picking up an item triggers the Health Kit tutorial. Create and use it to proceed further. |
| 14 | Pick up items in the area, open the safe, and then pass through the gap in the wall. (Safe Combination: 072013) |
Collect Items from Two Abandoned Houses
Explore the town with Dina during patrol. You can get supplies and collectibles from the trailer and the second floors of two abandoned houses.

Defeat Infected with Stealth Skills
| Enemy | How to Defeat Them |

| Runner | Perform stealth kills from behind. |
| Clicker | Use sound to lure them and utilize stealth skills. |
Following the blood trail of the moose carcass, you'll need to take down numerous infected within the supermarket. Use crouching, stealth skills, and listening mode to defeat them without being detected.
Clickers, with their severely degraded vision, rely on their incredibly sensitive hearing to navigate. Move slowly and approach them from behind to use the stealth skill with the △ button.

Opening the Safe in the Supermarket

Climb onto the truck and drop down to the supermarket entrance. Head right and open the floor safe. The code 072013 or 201307 unlocks it. You'll find this combination in the Good Boy Combo Artifact on the desk.

Hidden Library Basement Guide
| 1 | After passing through a gap, drop down the first floor and defeat two Clickers. |
| 2 | Receive a Molotov Cocktail from Dina and head inside the store through the window. |
| 3 | Defeat Runners and Clickers using the Molotov Cocktail. |
| 4 | Inspect the shutter, and throw the rope towards the ceiling pillar. |
| 5 | Ride the horse. |
| 6 | Enter the library and examine the locked door. |
| 7 | Throw a brick or bottle at the window and infiltrate the Copy Center. |
| 8 | Pick up the giraffe doll in the children's section to get a Journal Artifact. Collect three more artifacts and one trading card. |
| 9 | Activate the generator in the hallway. |
| 10 | Upgrade weapons at the workbench. |
| 11 | Head back and proceed to the hidden staircase found by Dina. |
| 12 | Examine the bottle containing cigars in the basement to clear the game. |
Distract with Thrown Bottles and Eliminate with Molotov Cocktails
To reduce the number of Runners and Clickers in the store, start throwing bottles as a distraction and use a Molotov Cocktail once they gather around. You can take down any remaining infected with your gun afterward.

Getting Collectibles in the Children's Section
Explore the children's section in the library. You can get one Journal Entry, three Artifacts, and one Trading Card. There is also a workbench in the area, so be sure to examine it.
