The Horde Walkthrough
| 1 | Hold down the L1 button to escape from the horde of Runners. |
| 2 | Join Joel and proceed to the room on the right side of the building. |
| 3 | Grab supplies and the pipe from the broken wall. |
| 4 | Keep eliminating Runners and continue forward. |
| 5 | Help Tommy push the Gondola. |
| 6 | Protect Tommy by defeating the surrounding infected. |
| 7 | Once the Gondola is pushed against the wall, proceed to climb out through the window. |
| 8 | Follow Joel and dash with L1 to escape. |
Escape from the Horde by Holding L1
At the start of The Horde, hold L1 to dash straight and escape the chasing Runners. Climb the container and cross the chain-link fence to advance the story.
Protecting Tommy as He Pushes the Gondola
Upon reaching the room with the gondola, assist Tommy by defeating the approaching infected. When Tommy is done pushing, climb onto the gondola and exit through the window.
Defeat Enemies while Swapping Melee Weapons
Melee weapons will break once they exceed a certain threshold. You can find several melee weapons in the room. Use crowbars or pipes to defeat the infected.
