The Grounded Mode difficulty added in the update disables the listen mode and HUD, providing a more realistic challenge. It is set to be even more difficult with features such as dying in two hits and easier detection by enemies. Therefore, it is recommended for players who seek a harder gaming experience.

Get the Dig Two Graves trophy

By completing the game in Grounded Mode, you can get the trophy called Dig Two Graves. Additionally, by completing the game with the Permadeath Mode, you can get the You Can't Stop This trophy, regardless of the difficulty level.
