Capitol Hill Walkthrough Chart
| 1 | Explore residential houses to get supplies and collectibles. ∟Get the Kinnard, Esq. Trading Card from the shelf inside house 3 ∟Get the Chevy's Apology artifact on the second floor of house 6 ∟Get the Rockafella Trading Card in the red door room at Capitol Inn. You can enter through the back window. ∟Get Raul's Olive Branch artifact and Trap Mine inside an apartment with an entrance via the second-floor balcony. Climb the dumpster to get inside. |
| 2 | Defeat the sniper on the rooftop of the building, then defeat the two enemies on the ground. |
| 3 | Move forward and defeat the WLF at the gas station. A workbench is available inside. |
| 4 | Defeat the infected inside the bookstore and get the Doctor Stem Trading Card and Rebecca's Tip Off artifact. |
| 5 | Defeat the infected inside the supermarket and get the Sergeant Frost Trading Card. |
| 6 | Cross the checkpoint wall from the window on the second floor of the building where the WLF patrols. (Note: You can't come back after crossing the wall, so get all the supplies and collectibles before crossing). |
| 7 | Avoid Trap Mines and defeat the Clickers and Runners along the way. Get the Candelabra Trading Card at the liquor store and the Tower Doodles artifact inside the watchtower. |
| 8 | Progress by sliding down the slope. (Note: Sliding down the slope is a point of no return). |
| 9 | Follow the river and get Raul's Account artifact from the truck opposite the FEEL HER LOVE mural. |
| 10 | When you enter an area with traps, check the bulletin board of the Martial Arts Gym to get the Fran's Refusal artifact. |
| 11 | Avoid the traps then enter the Well Wishes Thrift Store to get the Thrift Store Reminder artifact and the Bizarrebra Trading Card inside. Before leaving, unlock the safe (Code: 55 01 33). |
| 12 | Use the workbench in the Martial Arts Gym. |
| 13 | Climb over the truck outside the building. |
| 14 | Trigger the trap on the stairs using bricks or bottles before climbing. |

Getting Supplies and Collectibles Inside the Houses
There are many houses in the town that you can enter, so try to explore as much as possible to get supplies and collectibles such as artifacts. Make sure to stop by the bookstore if you are aiming for 100% completion but beware of the Runners and Clickers guarding the collectibles inside.

The Gas Station Workbench
During the chapter, you will come across a gas station with a workbench. Stop by to upgrade your weapons and secure supplies, although there are WLF patrols in the area.
Getting Trading Cards and Artifacts at the Bookstore
Across the street from the gas station, there are infected inside a bookstore. But there are also Trading Cards and Artifacts inside. Use stealth kills on the Runners and take out the Clicker last. For a more advanced strategy, you can also try luring the WLF and infected to each other to reduce their numbers.
Getting Trading Cards Inside the Supermarket
To the south of the bookstore is the supermarket with Clickers and Runners, and Trading Cards in lockers. The layout allows for one-by-one stealth takedowns, so take your time to get the collectibles and supplies undetected.
Defeating Enemies while Avoiding Trap Mines
After the checkpoint, there are trap mines set up. If you throw a bottle or shoot to attract the attention of the runners in the distance, they will unknowingly trigger the mines, making it easier for you to progress.
Getting Trading Cards Inside the Liquor Store
Inside the liquor store near the Trap Mines road, you can get collectibles and supplies. There are no enemies inside, so eliminate the runners outside before exploring.
Triggering Ground Traps with Guns and Throwables
After following the river, you will enter an area with numerous traps set in the tall grass. You can trigger the traps with thrown objects like bottles or by shooting them.
