Point of No Return at the Chinese Dress Shop
Once you leave through the window of the Chinese dress store, you won't be able to go back. Before progressing the story, make sure to enter the building across the street by breaking the window, to get the training manual and artifact.

Point of No Return at the Broken Road
After leaving the warehouse and defeating the clickers and stalkers, if you try to jump over the broken part of the road, you will fall into the water and won't be able to come back. Before jumping over the road, make sure to collect the coin on the opposite side of the broken road.
Point of No Return on the Ship
You won't be able to get back on the ship if you jump from the ship's deck to the road after climbing the ladder in the steering room. So get all the collectibles inside the ship before moving forward.
