Hide in Grass When Facing Archers

You will have to face enemies known as Seraphites who use bows in this section. If you get hit by an arrow, your health will decrease over time. Stay hidden in the grass to avoid detection and continue safely.

Entering the Next Room Using a Rope

Upon reaching the second floor of the conference room, collect supplies and artifacts before planning to proceed. Since the room on the other side is locked, break the window in the left corner instead and throw a rope over the pipe. Grab onto the rope and swing directly into the next room.

Defeat the Infected in the Kingsgate Brewing Co.

Inside Kingsgate Brewing Co. on the main street, there are two Runners and Clickers you need to defeat. Use a bottle to break the window from a distance and lure them out. You can get the WLF Target List artifact by inspecting the body of the Runner you just eliminated.

Opening the Safe and Getting the Training Manual

You can collect various items while exploring the apartment, including trading cards, artifacts, a training manual, and a safe to open. Access the apartment by climbing onto the truck's cargo bed and entering from the second floor. Be aware that examining the workbench will trigger a fight with the WLF soldiers, so make sure to heal beforehand if your health is low.

Crossing the Wall Using a Dumpster

Move the garage's dumpster to the top of the ramp and push it to make it slide down. Dash towards the chain to quickly open the gate for the dumpster to roll outside. You can proceed to cross the wall afterward.

Defeating Stalkers with a Pump Shotgun or Critical Hits

The Stalkers have high health, and entering melee combat with them may draw the attention of other infected. To deal with them effectively, consider intentionally getting noticed and defeating them all by using a Pump Shotgun, Trap Mines, or throwing bottles for critical hits when they are grouped together.

Escaping is an Option

You can choose to escape when you're not confident you can defeat the enemies. Dash to the room at the end and break the window to get outside.

Defeating Stalkers and Clickers

You will enter a floor where Stalkers and Clickers are present. Defeat them until you reach a yellow door that leads to the sewers. Prioritize stealth skills to take down Clickers and then deal with Stalkers using the Pump Shotgun.

Throwing bottles in the opposite direction to distract enemies is also effective. Once the enemies have moved away, proceed straight to the door.

Sewers to Hospital Guide

Sneak Through the Park

After leaving the sewers, head to the park where you'll encounter the Seraphites. They can call for reinforcements by whistling so silently snipe them while hiding in the grass. Being pierced by an arrow gradually decreases your health, so press and hold the R1 button to remove the arrow.

Head Toward the Surface while Defeating the Seraphites

Before reaching the parking lot in the far right corner, defeat the lurking Seraphites around the area. Snipe them with a bow to avoid drawing attention. If you're spotted, maneuver around the area and keep hiding in the grass.

Defeat the Seraphite in the Merci Cosmetics Store

You'll need to engage in combat with a large man inside the cosmetic store. Avoid making loud noises to attract other enemies. He has a significant wind-up motion for his attacks; dodge it by using the L1 button.

Pick Up Collectibles Along the Way

There are many items to collect at Weston's Pharmacy. Explore the area to find trading cards, artifacts, and supplies. You'll also discover a safe and a workbench inside.

Stealthily Infiltrate the Hospital

Swim across the river to reach the hospital. With numerous WLF members patrolling the area, stealthily navigate your way inside, head to the door at the back, and proceed upstairs without attracting attention.

Locating Nora Guide

Chase after Nora

The chase will begin once you encounter Nora. You'll have to start over if you lose sight of her, you can avoid enemies and dash after her. Break windows if doors are locked.

Defeat the WLF and Clickers, and enter the back door

As you pass the hospital's red-illuminated basement, be careful of the WLF soldiers and Clickers inside. Head towards the rear door and use stealth skills or distract enemies with a bottle, then defeat them using a Molotov cocktail.

Take note that the door can be opened by holding down the △ button. If enemies are alerted, they may attack during the process, so ensure no enemies are around before attempting to leave.
