How to Claim Bonuses
Claim at the Title Menu
Once you have obtained a bonus, you can automatically receive it by returning to the title menu after completing the download. After receiving it, each bonus has its own method of use.
How to Use Special Rewards
Select Costumes from EXTRAS
Costumes can be accessed from the EXTRAS menu. After selecting EXTRAS, choose the desired costume from the ones you have obtained.
Select Accessories from EXTRAS
Accessories can be accessed from the EXTRAS menu. After selecting EXTRAS, choose the desired accessory from the ones you have obtained.
Select Bonus Weapons from Equipment Swap
Bonus weapons can be selected from the equipment swap menu of the Typewriter. After selecting equipment swap, choose the desired weapon from the ones you have obtained.
Customize Attaché Cases
Attaché cases can be customized from the case customization menu of the typewriter. After selecting case customization, choose the desired attaché case from the ones you have obtained.
Customize Charms
Charms can be customized from the case customization menu of the typewriter. After selecting case customization, choose the desired charm from the ones you have obtained.
Treasure Maps are Automatically Reflected on the Map
When you obtain a treasure map, it will be automatically reflected on the map. Check the map to see the location of the treasure.
Select BGM from EXTRAS
You can select BGM from EXTRAS. After selecting EXTRAS, change it to your preferred BGM.
Troubleshooting when unable to receive bonuses
Check game content management
If you are unable to receive bonuses, it is possible that you have not downloaded bonuses such as the DLC. Check the game content management. To access game content management, select Resident Evil 4 Remake from the PS Home and press the option button.
Update to the latest version
To receive bonuses, make sure that the game is updated to the latest version. Game updates can be accessed by selecting Resident Evil 4 Remake from the PS Home and pressing the option button.
Enter the bonus code
For some bonuses, you need to enter the included bonus code. Code input can be done through the PS Store, so if you have a code to use, enter it through the PS Store.
