Buying the Treasure Map from the Merchant
To efficiently collect all the treasures, first buy the treasure map from the Merchant. You'll encounter the Merchant starting in Chapter 2. Since Chapter 1 doesn't contain any treasures, you can advance without worries until you meet him.

After acquiring the treasure map, focus on gathering treasures, excluding those marked with "!". These standard treasures are mostly easy to find and collect right away, making it efficient to gather them as you progress.

Once you've acquired the cube object, make sure to collect all accessible treasures before placing the three heads onto the headless monster statue located in the Grand Hall. After you've fitted the heads, Ashley will leave, and you won't be able to collect any more cooperative treasures.
One Locked Chest Remains
Don't worry if you leave a locked chest behind. You'll only find two small keys in Chapter 9. Since you can always return to these areas, it's okay to leave a chest unopened.

Gather Missed Treasures Before Proceeding to the Clock Tower
Before getting on the gondola to the Clock Tower, make sure you've collected all the missed treasures. Don't forget about the small chests that require a small key or the treasures located in the Throne Room. There are five more treasures available after the gondola ride, so if you've collected 36 by this point, you're good to continue.
Secure 40 Treasures Before Using the Lift in Clock Tower
Before using the lift at the Clock Tower, ensure that you have gathered the four treasures available in that area. You won't be able to return once you use the lift, so double-check your collected treasures before boarding.
Achieve Full Treasure Collection Before the Boss Battle
As you make your way from the Clock Tower to the boss room, try to collect the last available treasure. This will unlock the "Raider" trophy for you.

As soon as you begin the Deserted Island section, head right and acquire the treasure map from the Merchant. It's a good idea to already have the 5 spinels as you can exchange them for the treasure map.

To earn the trophy for collecting all treasure map treasures, you need only gather the treasures that are marked on the maps available for purchase from the Merchant. Importantly, all treasures must be collected in a single playthrough. Keep an eye on the number of treasures displayed on the bottom-right corner of the map to ensure you're on track.
