Pest Control is one of the requests found in Blue Request Notes. By meeting specific criteria, you'll earn Spinel as a reward. You can exchange Spinel for Yellow Herbs and Treasure Maps, so be sure to collect them.
You can eliminate the pests (rats) with any weapon as long as you're able to attack. If coins are within reach and you don't want to use a gun, using a knife will conserve ammo.
