Get Ready at the Merchant's Location
As Chapter 15 kicks off, scope out the area using your binoculars and stock up on supplies with the Merchant nearby. The chapter is combat-heavy, so make sure to refill your ammo and health items.
Hold Out Until the Helicopter Clears the Square
Upon reaching the square, withstand enemy attacks while the helicopter provides covering fire. A cutscene will play once you've held out long enough, clearing your path. It's easiest to hold out near the rooftop ladder, taking out enemies as they climb.
Advance to the Next Square Under Covering Fire
Move on to the next square as the helicopter continues its covering fire. Rocket launcher-wielding enemies will be marked by a laser sight, so take cover behind obstacles when needed.
Target the Turret from the High Ground
As you move forward, target the turret trying to take down the helicopter using a machine gun, which you can access by climbing some stairs. Once the turret is down, the helicopter will gradually clear your path.
Activate Two Levers in the Next Square
Upon reaching the next square, climb a ladder and activate two levers. Doing so will unlock the door to proceed. Beware of machine gun and Gatling gun-toting enemies; take cover to minimize damage.
Move On and Watch the Cutscene
After activating the levers, proceed and a cutscene will play. Watching this cutscene will move the story forward.

Head to the Specimen Storage Room After the Cutscene
Post-cutscene, make your way to the specimen storage room. Be cautious; enemies will burst out of hanging bags. Use your scope to aim for the parasite sections as you move.
Quickly Turn the Handle in the Specimen Storage Room
Upon entering the specimen storage room, quickly turn the handle to proceed. The enemies won't follow you all the way, so it's safe to leave them behind.
Move on to the Stronghold Beyond the Merchant
From the Merchant's location, head towards the Stronghold. It's filled with enemies, so decide whether to engage them or simply run through.
Adjust the Machine's Direction on the Stronghold's Second Floor
In a room on the Stronghold's second floor, there's a machine with a laser sight. Change its direction to clear the path ahead.
Proceed to the Main Front Door to Rescue Ashley
Make your way to the main front door and enter the room to rescue Ashley. A cutscene will play upon reaching her.
Advance to the Lab Carrying Ashley to Complete the Chapter
After the cutscene, proceed with Ashley to the lab to complete Chapter 15.

Find Medallion Locations on the Map
You can locate all the Blue Medallions by simply opening the map, just as you would for other types of medallions. Refer to the map as needed while you destroy all five Blue Medallions.

Clockwork Castellan's Location in Chapter 15

In Chapter 15, the Clockwork Castellan can be found in a small room adjacent to the specimen storage room. After you've defeated the first Regenerador that appears, continue a bit further to find the mechanical doll. It's advised to take down the Regenerador first before looking for the mechanical doll.
