Chapter 1: On the Farm

In Chapter 1, you can find a yellow herb inside a round building at the back of the Village Farm's grain storage shed. There's a wire trap near the herb, so carefully disarm it with your handgun before picking up the herb.
Merchant in Chapter 2 and Beyond

Chapter 2: In the Valley

No Turning Back After the Siege
Once you've completed the siege and are on your way to the extraction point, you won't be able to go back to the village. If you haven't gathered all the Yellow Herbs up to Chapter 5, you won't be able to collect them later. Make sure to grab them before heading to the extraction point.

Effects of Yellow Herb and Increase in Maximum Health
Increase in Maximum Health
By combining the yellow herb with other herbs, you can increase your maximum health. Increasing your maximum health makes it less likely to game over, so make sure to collect yellow herbs in each chapter.
Enhanced Effect when Combined with Red Herb

The increase in maximum health from the yellow herb is enhanced when combined with the red herb. However, when combining only the red and yellow herbs, there is no health recovery effect, so it is recommended to use a combination of all three colors.
