Restore Power at the Control Panel
Leave the Merchant's area and head through the route leading to the Dissection Room to access the control panel. Activating this panel will restore electricity to the facility, allowing you to progress further.
Activate the Shutter Switch to Open a Passage
Near the control panel, you'll find a switch to open and close the shutter. Press it to create a passageway. It's advisable to open this in advance as you'll later be pursued by creatures called Regeneradors.

Upgrade the Card Level and Rescue Ashley
Use the tool you obtained to operate the level-up machine and enhance your card key. Enemies will attack while the upgrade is in progress. Hold your ground until the upgrade is complete, and then proceed to rescue Ashley through the nearby Level 3 locked door.
