The W870 shotgun can be obtained on the second floor of a private house in the central square you visit in Chapter 1. It can be obtained by going up the stairs of a two-story private house on the central north side of the central square and examining the shotgun hanging on the wall directly in front.
W870 can be traded from the Arms Dealer unlocked in Chapter 2 if it was not obtained in the previous chapter. You need 12,000ptas. to trade, so kill enemies to earn ptas.
The W-870 is available from the beginning and is an essential shotgun for the early stages of the game. Pick it up in Chapter 1, as it can be useful in situations where the handgun alone can't deal with the enemy. If you can't pick it up, you can always buy it from the Arms Dealer from Chapter 2 onwards.
You can sell the W-870 after obtaining the Riot Gun. The Riot Gun has a performance similar to that of the W-870 and has a longer range, so if you get the Riot Gun after Chapter 6, sell the W-870 to earn some money.
