Bypass Enemies When Possible

Try to Bypass Enemies Along the Way

To attain an S+ rank, it's generally a good idea to avoid unnecessary confrontations. Enemies can be tough and resource-draining, especially on higher difficulty levels.

Use Stealth Kills or Your Knife in Early Stages

Use Sneak Kills or the Knife to Defeat Enemies in the Early Stages

Early in the game, try to conserve ammo by using stealth kills or your knife. If these methods aren't feasible, resorting to a handgun is also acceptable.

Collect Ammo and Recovery Items as You Progress

Collect Ammo and Recovery Items as You Progress

As you move through higher difficulty levels, ammo and health items become increasingly scarce. Make sure to collect these items to help ease your progression through the game.

Save Often Unless You're in Professional Mode

Save Frequently Unless You're Playing on Professional Difficulty

Frequent saving is recommended, especially if you're not playing on Professional difficulty. If you encounter a tough section, reloading a save can help improve your overall time.

Use High Firepower in Siege and Boss Battles

Take down siege battles and boss battles with high firepower

For unavoidable encounters, such as sieges or boss fights, high firepower is essential. Utilizing powerful weapons like shotguns and grenades is highly recommended.

Open the menu when you want to take a break

If you need a break, opening the menu will pause the game timer. This is useful if you have to step away for a moment.

Weapon Acquisition Method
 Red 9
Red 9
Obtained on the ship in the center of the lake

We recommend the Red 9 for its high firepower and ammo efficiency. Because of its high damage output, you'll use less ammo to defeat enemies. Although it's not necessary to buy it, consider picking it up once you can access the ship.

Weapon Acquisition Method
 W-870
W-870
Obtained in a house in Village Square in Chapter 1

The W-870 shotgun is also highly recommended. Available right from Chapter 1, you can find it in a house in Village Square. It’s especially useful in boss fights and when you're dealing with groups of enemies.

Specially modified Chicago Typewriter

The Chicago Typewriter, which offers infinite ammo when modified, is also an excellent choice. You can acquire it by clearing the game on Professional difficulty with an A rank. If you have it, be sure to modify it for endless ammo.
