Obtained in the Bedroom of New Home

The Real Knife can be obtained in the bedroom of New Home in the Genocide Route. In the Neutral Route, you can obtain the Worn Dagger in the same location, but in the Genocide Route, you can obtain the Real Knife.

Uses of Real Knife

Equipping Real Knife

The Real Knife is a weapon, so select Real Knife in the ITEM menu and equip it with USE. If you don't have any other weapons you want to use, make sure to equip it before the Sans battle.
