Hidden character that appears in Snowdin
Mad Mew Mew is a hidden monster exclusive to the Switch version that appears in Snowdin. Clearing the friendship event with Papyrus is required to meet her. So, she does not appear in the Genocide Route.

Clear the Papyrus' Friendship Event
To unlock the seal on the door of Mad Mew Mew's room, clear the Papyrus' friendship event. The friendship event occurs when you talk to Papyrus in front of his house after avoiding Papyrus' battle.

Complete the Battle with Mettaton EX
To make Mad Mew Mew appear, you have to clear Papyrus' friendship event and complete the battle with Mettaton EX, the CORE boss. After the battle with Mettaton EX, return to Snowdin and examine the sink in the kitchen on the first floor of Papyrus' house.

Appears at Papyrus' House in Snowdin
Mad Mew Mew appears inside Papyrus' house in Snowdin. After completing Papyrus' friendship event and the battle with Mettaton EX in the CORE, return to Snowdin and enter Papyrus' house. Proceed to the sink in the kitchen on the first floor to access the room with blue and red doors.
Tilt Both Sticks in Front of the Blue and Red Doors
When examining the blue and red doors, you will find an image of "two analog sticks being pushed apart." These two analog sticks represent the "LR sticks" on the Switch's Joy-Con or Pro Controller. So, tilt both sticks. When the sticks are tilted, the doors will open and Mad Mew Mew will appear inside.

Moving the LR Stick Up, Down, Left, and Right
To dodge Mad Mew Mew's attacks, move the LR stick up, down, left, or right. Moving the L stick will move the left half of the soul, while moving the R stick will move the right half of the soul.
Using the L Stick for Blue Attacks
For Blue attacks, use the L stick to align the Blue soul and avoid taking damage. Blue attacks will come from the left or from above and below, so move the L stick to align the Blue soul accordingly.
Using the R Stick for Red Attacks
For Red attacks, use the R stick to align the Red soul and avoid taking damage. Red attacks will come from the right or from above and below, so move the R stick to align the Red soul accordingly.
How to Spare Mad Mew Mew
Keep Dodging Attacks Until She Listens
To spare Mad Mew Mew, keep dodging attacks until she is willing to listen. After the message "It seems like Mad Mew Mew might listen to you now..." is displayed, choose the Talk action on the next turn to spare Mad Mew Mew.
