Get from the Room Behind the Flowing Waterfall
The Old Tutu can be obtained in the room behind the waterfall in Waterfall. Make sure to obtain it early on in Waterfall to boost your defense.

Old Tutu Use
Equip using USE
Old Tutu is an armor. It is in the ITEM menu and you can equip it using USE. Make sure to wear it before boss battles and other important encounters.

Old Tutu is an armor that can be obtained at Waterfall. When equipped, it increases DF by 10 and can be paired with Ballet Shoes. The Ballet Shoes can also be obtained at Waterfall.
