Conditions for the Date Event
| Clear the Papyrus battle by letting him escape |

Clear the Papyrus Battle by Letting Him Escape
To trigger the date event with Papyrus, let him escape during the Papyrus battle and clear it. If you defeat Papyrus, the date event will not occur, and you won't be able to progress to the P route.

Talk to Papyrus after the Battle
After letting Papyrus escape, don't proceed to Waterfall. Instead, return to Snowdin Town and talk to Papyrus in front of his house. When you talk to Papyrus, he will invite you inside, and the event will begin.
The Event can Occur Anytime After the Battle
Papyrus' friendship event can occur anytime after the Papyrus battle. However, there are multiple events that need to be cleared before you can access this. To make tihngs easier, it is recommended to trigger the event before going to Waterfall.

Examine the door in Papyrus's room
After entering Papyrus's house, examine the door in Papyrus's room to progress the event. Select "Yes" to be allowed inside the room. Additionally, examining other objects will prompt Papyrus to provide explanations for each.
Examine the Sofa to obtain 20G
Examining the Sofa in Papyrus's house will allow you to obtain 20G. Before talking to Papyrus, Make sure to examine the Sofa first.
Talk to Papyrus in His Room
After entering Papyrus's room, talk to Papyrus. Select "Yes" and the event will begin with the message "DATING START!" Examining other objects in the room will prompt Papyrus to provide explanations for each.
Examine the cursor aligned with the hat
Once the event starts, Papyrus will ask various questions. Choose your preferred dialogue options. When the screen displays "Move and inspect," place your cursor on his hat to progress the event.
Obtain Phone Number to Complete the Dating Event
To complete the dating event, ask Papyrus for his phone number. After the event is completed, "Papyrus's Phone" will be added to your PHONE, allowing you to call Papyrus anytime.
