So Sorry is a hidden monster that appears in Hotland. It can be encountered regardless of the chosen route, as long as certain conditions are met before entering the Core.
Conditions and Locations for So Sorry's Appearance
Only appears between 20:00 and 21:00 on October 10th
So Sorry only appears if you have visited the MTT Resort at least once and your device's time is between 20:00 and 21:00 on October 10th. It can also appear if you change the time on your device, but please do so at your own risk.
Appears in the Cactus Area in Hotland R2F
So Sorry appears in the hidden area of Hotland RIGHT2F, where the cacti are located. To reach the hidden area, go left from where Sans was and go up instead of going down at the three-way intersection. As you try to go up, a glass floor will appear, allowing you to access the cactus area where So Sorry appears.
