Madjick is a monster that appears in the CORE. Regardless of the route, you will encounter it in battle. If you are aiming for the Pacifist route, you need to spare Madjick. If you are aiming for the Genocide route, you must defeat it.

Tips for Defeating Madjick in Battle

Evading Tracking Attacks

Madjick will launch tracking attacks using orbs and crosses. These attacks have no set pattern and will chase the player down. Avoid the stationary crosses while evading the moving orbs.

How to Spare Madjick

Select both orbs after choosing Stare

To evade Madjick, choose the action Stare. After staring at both the Chaser Orb and Corner Orb, you will be able to spare Madjick.

Select Talk then Spare

By talking to Madjick, you will be able to spare it on the next turn. However, your defense will decrease by 1 and your soul's movements will be reversed, making it difficult to avoid attacks.

Use a Stick

Madjick can also be spared by using a Stick. Using a Stick will make Madjick mistake you for another magician and allow you to spare it.
