Memoryhead is a type of Amalgam found in the True Laboratory. Since the Pacifist route branches off when entering the True Laboratory, attacking Memoryhead will not cause any damage.

Move Away from the Small Circles
Memoryhead only has one attack pattern, which is transforming the small circles into larger faces. Move away from the small circles to avoid its attacks.

Select CELL on any of the Three Entities
Choose the action CELL on any of the three Amalgams. You will start hearing the voice of Memoryhead from the receiver, and you will learn that the name of the Amalgam is Memoryhead.
Obtain Bad Memory by selecting ITEM
By selecting the action ITEM, you will obtain an item called Bad Memory. Using this item reduces your HP by 1, so consider moving it to the inventory or storage box.
Select Refuse on Any of the Three Entities
After selecting CELL, the action options will change to Refuse or Join. Selecting Refuse on any of the Memoryheads allows you to avoid the encounter.
