Moldbygg is a monster that appears in Waterfall. Regardless of the route, you will encounter it in battle. If you are aiming for the Pacifist Route, you need to spare it. If you are aiming for the Genocide Route, you must defeat it.

Tips for Beating Moldbygg in Battle
Mimic the Moldsmal
Moldbygg disguises itself as Moldsmal. To transform into Moldbygg, choose Imitate when encountering the fake Moldsmal. The original Moldsmal appears with a yellow name and can be easily overlooked, unlike Moldbygg.
Move Before the Attacks Get Close to Your Soul
Moldbygg launches concentrated attacks towards your soul. Move right before the attacks get close to you to avoid them.
How to Overlook Moldbygg
Use the Unhug Action
To overlook Moldbygg, choose the Unhug action. After selecting Unhug, you will be able to overlook Moldbygg.
