Monsters in Snowdin
Dogamy and Dogaressa are monsters that appear in Snowdin. Regardless of the route, you will encounter them after solving the second puzzle. If you are aiming for the Pacifist Route, you need to spare them. If you are aiming for the Genocide Route, you must defeat them.

Tips for Defeating the Dogamy and Dogaressa Battle
Prioritize Defeating Dogaressa
When facing Dogamy and Dogaressa, it is recommended to defeat Dogaressa first. By defeating Dogaressa first, Dogamy's attack power will weaken and make the fight easier. If you defeat Dogamy first, Dogaressa's attacks will become stronger instead.

Dodge the Axes by Going through the Gap and to the Bottom of the Screen
Dogamy and Dogaressa will launch attacks with their axes. Dodge the axes by passing through the gap in between the axes, then to the bottom of the screen, and then to the side.
How to Avoid the Dogamy and Dogaressa Fight with Items
Use the Stick Item
Since the Dogamy and Dogaressa are dog-like monsters, you can avoid their fight by using a Stick. If you want to quickly end the battle, it is recommended to use the Stick.
How to Spare Dogamy and Dogaressa
| 1 | Choose Roll Over for either Dogamy or Dogaressa. |
| 2 | Choose Re-Sniff for either one. |
| 3 | Choose Pet for Dogamy. |
| 4 | Choose Pet for Dogaressa. |
Choose Roll Over on One of the Dog Couple
To miss the Dog Couple's actions, choose "Roll over" for either Dogamy or Dogaressa. It doesn't matter which one you choose.
Choose Re-Sniff
Choose Re-Sniff for either Dogamy or Dogaressa. It is recommended to choose the Dog you selected Roll Over on.
Choose Pet for each one
After performing Roll Over and Re-Sniff, choose Pet for both Dogamy and Dogaressa. It is important to pet both of them.
