A list of customization items in Overwatch 2! Included are the different types of customization items available and what change within the game.

Skin

Customization_Skin

You can change your character's clothing and appearance. Depending on the rarity of your items, the character's appearance may change in color slightly or change completely.

Emote

Customization_Emote

You can equip unique movements for the character. There are a total of 4 equipment slots, and if you use them during a match, they will perform movements that cannot be done normally.

Collection Items

Collection items consist of two types of items: "Souvenirs" and "Weapon Charms", which are classified as collection items.

Souvenirs

Customization_Souvenirs

These are items included in the collection items, and they are Emotes that are common to all characters. They can be equipped in the same slot as Emotes and provide special effects similar to Emotes when used.

Weapon Charms

Customization_Weapon Charms

These are included in the collection items and can be added to weapons. Take note that you can equip only one charm.

Victory Poses

Customization_Victory Poses

You can change the pose that is displayed when you win a match. There are also victory poses specific to events such as Halloween and New Year, which add color to the post-match screen.

Voice Lines

Customization_Voice Lines

You can make the character speak unique lines. Each character has their own set of lines that reflect their backstory and personality.

Sprays

Customization_Sprays

When used, you can stick the equipped spray on walls or floors. There are sprays specific to each character as well as ones that are common to all players, allowing for communication through overlapping sprays.

Highlight Intro

Customization Guide_Highlight Intro

You can change the presentation of your highlight when selected as the Play of the Game (POG). Highlight intros give an extra flair compared to the default intro used.

What is POG?
POG stands for Play Of the Game. It showcases the gameplay of the player who performed the best during the match.

Weapons

Customization Guide_Weapons

You can change your weapon into a golden one in the weapons section. Golden weapons can only be obtained through Competitive Play and exchanged with Competitive Points.

Player Icons

Customization Guide_Player Icons

Player Icons are icons displayed next to the player's name. There are various types of icons available, including limited-time icons.

Name Cards

Customization Guide_Name Cards

Name Cards allow a player to change the background of their player name. It adds color to your name tag and makes it easy to identify the members of your team before a match in Competitive Play.

Player Titles

Customization Guide_Player Titles

Player Titles are small texts obtained through challenges or reaching Battle Pass levels displayed below a player's name.
