How to Obtain and Purchase Skins

Purchase from the Hero Skins List

You can purchase skins from the list of skins available in the hero menu. Choose the skin you want for your desired hero and if you have enough coins, you can obtain the skin.

Purchase from the Shop

You can also purchase skins from the shop in the menu. The shop lineup is regularly updated, so if there are any skins you want for your frequently used characters, you can buy coins and exchange them for the skins.

Obtained as Battle Pass Rewards

Skins can also be obtained as rewards from the Battle Pass. However, skins are most likely included as rewards in the Premium Battle Pass, so if there are any skins you want from the Battle Pass rewards, consider purchasing the Premium Battle Pass.

Account Integration

To transfer character skins from 'Overwatch 1', you need to integrate your accounts. To integrate your account, you will need to create a battle.net account, so follow the in-game instructions to proceed with the account integration.
