How to Create Custom Games

The button for creating custom games is different for PC and console. For console versions, input the corresponding button at the bottom of the screen, while for PC versions, click on "Create" next to the search bar to create a custom game room.

Explore your favorite maps

With Custom Games, you can explore maps however you like. Not only can you practice practical skills like finding hidden paths or high ground, but you can also search for Easter Eggs in Overwatch 2.

Practice matches using AI bots

With Custom Games, you can set up AI bots and have practice matches on your favorite maps. You can also customize the characters and their difficulty, allowing you to prepare before actual battles.

Practice Aim Training in Practice Mode

Steps to Create Practice Mode
1	Select "Create Game" in Custom Game
2	Select "Settings" in the upper right corner of the game creation screen
3	Select in the "Overview" on the right side of the screen
4	Enter the code of the practice mode that is publicly available

With Custom Games, users can practice aim training in practice modes created by entering codes. There are various modes available, such as modes specialized for each character or aiming in mid-air, making it recommended for those who want to take their practice to the next level.

How to Save Favorite Modes

Steps to Save Favorite Modes
1	Create a game mode that you want to save as a favorite
2	Select button in the "Overview" on the right side of the screen
3	A text input window will appear, set a unique name
4	Select "Existing" in the settings menu, and the favorite mode you set will be displayed at the top

How to Join a Custom Game

Joining an Existing Game

To join a custom game, you can participate in games that have already been created and published. Before joining, make sure to check the details of the custom game.

Searching for Friend's Games with Filters

To enter a custom game created by your friend, change the filter option to "Friends" in the match display. If your friend has created a custom match, only their games will be displayed among all the games.

Unlocking Custom Games

Complete 10 Unranked or AI Training Matches

To unlock custom games, complete 10 unranked matches or AI training matches after finishing the tutorial. It is recommended to repeat Quick Play in unranked matches to become familiar with the controls and systems, rather than AI training.

Playable from the Beginning if Data is Transferred from the Previous Game

If you have transferred data from the previous game, you can play custom games from the beginning. However, even if you have played the previous game, the workshop cannot be used.
