Zenyatta's ultimate ability, Transcendence, acts as a protective shield for teammates against enemy attacks and ultimates. Rapidly healing allies within a designated range, Zenyatta ensures that teammates remain unharmed during the ultimate's activation, regardless of the number of enemy ultimates unleashed.

Caution Against Ana's Biotic Grenade

Exercise caution when facing Ana, especially during Zenyatta's ultimate. Ana's Biotic Grenade inflicts healing inhibition, nullifying Zenyatta's healing from the ultimate. When playing as Zenyatta, aim to secure kills with the Charge Shot of your secondary fire. The simultaneous firing of five bullets provides substantial damage, and a headshot can swiftly eliminate most enemies, excluding tanks. Actively utilize Charge Shots, keeping a keen eye on enemy head positions.

Use Melee Attacks for Close Encounters

In situations where enemies close in on Zenyatta, employ melee attacks to push them back. Zenyatta's kick has a knockback effect, serving as a self-defense mechanism. Remember to use this melee option when foes attempt to get too close for comfort.

Tracer is the Counter-Pick for Zenyatta

Zenyatta's vulnerabilities include low mobility and a slow rate of fire with his main attack. Flanking Zenyatta with Tracer allows you to inflict damage without being overwhelmed, making Tracer an excellent counter-pick.

Surprise Zenyatta with High Mobility Heroes

While Zenyatta has high firepower among support heroes, his lack of mobility and long firing intervals make it challenging to deal with fast heroes. Exercise caution regarding Zenyatta's melee knockback and leverage your mobility advantage to swiftly eliminate him.

Brigitte's strength in close-quarters combat, combined with her protective abilities, creates a defensive synergy. By playing defensively and mutually safeguarding each other, Zenyatta and Brigitte can minimize deaths, ensuring they become a formidable duo that contributes significantly to the overall success of the team.

Orb of Discord

Prioritize attaching to tanks

Prioritize attaching Orb of Discord to tanks. Their hitbox is large, and by applying it to them on the front line, it is easier to make effective use of ally damage. If the tanks fall, the enemy has no choice but to retreat, giving you an advantage.

Keep enemies in sight

Keep enemies that have been attached with Orb of Discord in sight. Once applied, it continues to have an effect, but if the enemy hides behind cover or other obstacles, it will be removed after a certain amount of time. To increase damage taken, try your best to keep them in sight.

Orb of Harmony

Prioritize Applying Orb of Harmony to Tanks

It’s better to prioritize applying Orb of Harmony to tanks. Tanks have a larger hitbox and are more likely to take damage. If a tank falls, the frontline will collapse. However, it's not always necessary to apply Orb of Harmony only to tanks. It's important to also heal allies whose health is low.

Be Mindful of Approaching Allies to Apply Orb of Harmony

When using Orb of Harmony, always be mindful of approaching allies. Orb of Harmony can only be applied when you have line of sight on your ally. Make sure to position yourself in a way that you are not isolated or too far away from your allies, so that you can continue applying Orb of Harmony.

【ULT】Transcendence

Utilized as a Counter Against Enemy Ultimates

Transcendence serves as a potent counter against enemy Ultimates. It grants invincibility to the user, provides surrounding allies with a rapid 300 HP recovery per second, and offers robust defensive capabilities. This enables effective defense against most enemy Ultimates without losing any allies.

Unable to Defend Against High-Damage Ultimates

Despite its high healing power, Transcendence cannot confer invincibility to allies other than the user. Consequently, it cannot shield allies from high-damage Ultimates of certain characters that can instantly reduce their HP to zero. In such instances, it is advisable to reserve Transcendence for moments when it can be strategically and effectively employed.
