Obtain Rival Dust by participating, winning, or drawing in Competitive Play. Excluding bonuses, this is the only way to obtain Rival Dust.
Claimed as End-of-Season Bonuses
At the end of the season, you can obtain Rival Dust as a reward for achieving your rank. Even in the Bronze tier, Rival Dust is distributed, so don't forget to finish your placement matches.

What is Rival Dust?
Rewards for Participating in Competitive Play
Rival Dust is a reward in Competitive Play that is separate from rank changes. All players can obtain it through victories and draws, and the amount obtained does not vary based on rank. Its only use is to exchange for gold weapons, making it a reward for players who participate in Competitive Play.
