Obtain Rival Dust by participating, winning, or drawing in Competitive Play. Excluding bonuses, this is the only way to obtain Rival Dust.

Claimed as End-of-Season Bonuses

At the end of the season, you can obtain Rival Dust as a reward for achieving your rank. Even in the Bronze tier, Rival Dust is distributed, so don't forget to finish your placement matches.
